Steve Milton is a senior commercial leader and founder with two decades scaling businesses across Web3, e-commerce, retail and FMCG — from venture-stage startups to global multinationals. As Global VP at Binance he drove some of the industry's highest-profile partnerships and growth initiatives; before that, leadership roles at Shopify, Mobike and Meituan, with early foundations at Unilever, eBay and Tesco.

Today he's building. As founder of ArisPay he is developing agentic payments for the agentic economy, alongside Watta and his role as Managing Partner at N3ON, the premium sports advisory operating at the intersection of sport, technology and commercial innovation. He also serves as board advisor to Cosine, the UK sovereign AI firm, and to Spoke Medical, bringing commercial and go-to-market experience to founders solving hard problems.

His edge is bridging worlds: the pace and ambition of crypto and tech with the operational rigour of established consumer brands. He has built and led teams across the US, EMEA and APAC, and lived and worked in the UK, US, Belgium and Switzerland — with serious time on the ground in Silicon Valley, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, plus emerging markets across Brazil, Russia and MENA. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
